1 - During the regular season Home team will get first ball (Home team is listed first on schedule) During playoffs lowest seed decides if they want first ball or if they want ball to start first half.
2 - Game time is 2 (twenty) minute half's that will run continuously, only way to stop the clock is to call time out.
3 - Each team will have 3 time outs for an entire game, time outs will be 1 minute long.
4 - Each team will get a 5 minute grace period if you do not have 6 players after 5 minutes you will take a 7-0 forfeit.
5 - You must have at least FIVE players from your roster playing during your game, we will allow ONE player from another team to help if you are short. (Player must be approved by opposing team).
6 - A Touchdown or Safety are the ONLY way to score and is worth 1 point.
7 - During the final 2 minutes of a half/game the Referee will use a 10 second clock to prevent stalling once the ball is spotted.
8 - Defense must play man to man, NO ZONE DEFENSE except for the player defending the QB has the option to drop into coverage as a Safety.
9 - Any fumble will be a dead ball and is kept by the offense at the spot the ball comes out, this is to prevent any clubbing or punching of the ball, please just go for the flags.
10 - No stiff arms, hand slapping away when defender is reaching for the flag, holding, tackling, setting picks, pass interference. These will all result in a loss of down.
11 - Each team can have as many subs as they want, no new subs in last 5 weeks of regular season, all subs must play 3 games to be eligible for play-offs.
12 - Each team must have 6 players on the field at all times, no more or no less.
13 - There will be no kick offs, at the start of a game and after each score team will start at their own 5 yard line.
14 - If you decide to punt on 4th down, just make it known to the Referee and the ball will be spotted at your opponents own 5 yard line.
15 - There are NO halfback passes, once the ball is pitched or handed off it must be a RUSHING play. You can run a reverse but rusher can NOT throw the ball.
16 - Each team must have at least 1 rushing play every new set of downs.
17 - Ball will be spotted where flag is removed from offensive player.
18 - There will be one first down at midfield, each team will have 4 downs to get a first down.
19 - There must be a center/QB exchange of the football on every play, after snapped the center can either stay and block or can go out for a pass.
20 - Defense can rush the QB every down after a 5 count, or use your blitz which is allowed once every 4 downs. QB can run once any player on the defense has crossed the line of scrimmage.
21 - The is a co-ed league, guys or girls can play.
22 - There is a spot marked on the roster form for team color, all players must be wearing the same color so there is no confusion.
23 - The only way to stop a play is to successfully remove a players flag that has possession of the ball or if the player loses possession it becomes a dead ball, if a players flag falls off, 2 hand touch rule comes in effect.
24 - Safety's are worth 1 point and loss of ball, the opposing team will start back at their own 5 yard line.
25 - ANY excessive arguing will result in a 1 game suspension, any pushing, punching, any type of physical contact on or near the field will result in banishment from our league.
26 - The league Player of the Year will be a total vote from team captains using a point system.
27 - Each team will pay $10 each week for Referee fees.
28 - When the Defense is going in for a BLITZ they have to clearly call it out when the ball is snapped.
29 - Tie breakers will be decided by: 1) Head to Head 2) Total points scored head to head 3) Total Point
